1. Introduction
It is the ultimate intention of Amani Massage to provide our clients with professional and therapeutic services in a relaxing and friendly environment; we will tailor each treatment to our client’s individual needs. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for our first time and recurring clients.
2. Policies
Arrival to your appointment/Lateness Policy
We will aim to arrive for your appointment 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. All treatment sessions have a specific time schedule and early arrival allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
If late arrival on your part is inevitable, your appointment may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may be charged. All treatments have a specific time schedule therefore we regret that tardiness may not receive an extension of scheduled appointments. In special cases, and when our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment at our discretion.the original reservation fee would be charged regardless.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment in less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a charge of half the service rate. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel by emailing us at reservations@amanimassages.com
No Show Policy
We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. However, we ask that you email us if you cannot keep your appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Respect for Clients Needs and Boundaries
Our Massage Therapists are happy to adjust pressure, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it. The client may choose to: leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, refuse any massage methods, stop massage therapy session at any time. The client will always be modestly draped. Only the area being massaged will be undraped. Sexual interaction or discussion of ANY kind between the client and therapist is NEVER appropriate and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
